The Bio apartments

The Residence is composed of 13 apartments with a king-size bed and a double sofa-bed. All apartments are in a Tuscan style and are domotically controlled.

They are equipped with cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Jacuzzi shower, lcd TV with DVD player and Internet access.

Security control of the premises is provided by 9 surveillance cameras.

Bio-architecture isn’t a style but a philosophy.

The chalets are heated in winter and cooled in summer by a geothermic system which pumps warm or cooled air into the chalet walls.

Rainwater is collected and treated for re-use. Guests can enjoy the use of the barbecue and gazebo in our park.
