Ho soggiornato con la mia compagna e il nostro cane in questa struttura per un paio di giorni durante il weekend di Ferragosto e sono rimasto davvero colpito dall’esperienza. La location è immersa nel verde: sui lati un bellissimo bosco e al centro un grandissimo prato verde e un laghetto dove il mio cane ha potuto tuffarsi e nuotare liberamente tra pesci e paperelle. Poi c’è la biopiscina, molto bella e tranquilla, perfetta per rilassarsi. Gli appartamenti sono accoglienti e dotati di tutto l’essenziale. Particolarmente apprezzata l’area barbecue molto ben attrezzata. Il personale merita una menzione speciale: da Angelica alla receptionist alle addette alle pulizie, fino a Claudia, la direttrice, tutti si sono dimostrati estremamente disponibili e accoglienti. Claudia è bravissima nella gestione di ogni aspetto, mette tantissima energia nel suo lavoro per cercare di migliorare costantemente l’esperienza dei clienti trovando soluzioni. L’atmosfera generale è molto rilassante, frequentata da persone rispettose che contribuiscono a mantenere un ambiente tranquillo e piacevole. Perfetto per chi vuole staccare dalla routine quotidiana e risvegliarsi immerso nella natura. Svegliarsi di fronte al boschetto ogni mattina è stata un’esperienza rigenerante. Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal im Lebbiano, und fühlten uns bei beiden Malen, mehr als nur wohl. Die Appartements haben alles was man benötigt, sind alle in toskanischem Stil gehalten, Gasherd funktioniert sehr gut und die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich. *Klima, Wlan ect top! Die Außenanlage ist wunderschön und vor allem der Pool ist ein Traum. Es ist alles sehr gepflegt, und die Besitzer haben immer ein Lächeln und freundliches Wort auf den Lippen. Und wenn man Hilfe benötigt, sind sie sofort zur Stelle. Für Kinder, klein oder auch groß, ein Traum, da sie sich frei bewegen können. In der Rezeotion kann man auch ein Eis, Kaffe Frühstück, Wein ect erhalten. Die Fahrt zur Unterkunft von Scandicci aus, sehr einfach, und der Ausblick die Straße hoch ist wunderschön! Wir werden im kommenden Jahr wieder kommen, und freuen uns schon wieder sehr auf unseren Aufenthalt! Bitte bleibt so, und behaltet euren Standart bei, denn ihr macht das wirklich toll! Bei Problemen im Zimmer wird einem sehr schnell geholfen. Die Zimmer sind von der Austattung älter aber gepflegt. Es soll Renoviert werden wurde uns Mitgeteilt. Für Hunde ein Paradis. Das Frühstück ist Italienisch und sehr lecker. Alles auf Bio Basis. Internet ist sehr gut ausgebaut. Selten so schnelles Internet bei Unterkünften gehabt. Ist auch notwendig, da man kein Mobilfunknetz hat, egal welcher Anbieter. Wein kann man anders Reception kaufen. Ansonsten steht ein Lidl in Florenz, ca. 30 min. Fahrt entfernt, zur Verfügung. Un bellissimo Residence immerso nel verde, adatto per chi è alla ricerca del relax e della privacy. Ogni appartamento dispone di attrezzatura per poter trascorrere la permanenza in autonomia, e sono realizzati con riscaldamento/raffreddamento a muro. La piscina bio è fantastica e sempre pulita, accessibile tranquillamente anche di notte essendo illuminata. Sono inoltre disponibili 2 vasche idromassaggio a disposizione dei clienti. Infine, sono disponibili barbecue, tavolo da ping pong, biliardino e tappeto elastico. Raccomandabile arrivare con mezzo proprio in quanto situato in mezzo ai boschi. Torneremo sicuramente!
